Coastal Tactical Marine Support LLC is a licensed maritime operations company providing vessel support, crew services, and logistical coordination for government, research, and private-sector missions. Based on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, our team brings decades of professional experience in marine operations, safety, and tactical deployment.
Each of our vessels are equipped with top of line electronics,EPIRB, USCG compliant safety equipment and serviced per manufactures recommendations.
Taz Lancaster – Founder & Captain
USCG Master | OSHA-30 Strong Technical Rescue Background, EMT Advanced, Diver Alert Network(DAN) certified.
Taz Lancaster brings over 25 years of maritime and emergency operations experience to Coastal Tactical Marine Support LLC. A former Fire Battalion Chief and Fire Boat Captain, he led and managed a metropolitan-sized Fire and Rescue Marine Team and was an active member of the Hampton Roads Maritime Incident Response Team.
After transitioning to marine energy research, he became Program Manager for the Atlantic Marine Energy Center and now serves as a Research Vessel Captain overseeing scientific operations and maritime safety. His leadership unites tactical response experience with offshore logistics and renewable energy innovation.
